This definition, by all rights is a general, all inclusive statement about globalization and its respective components. However, the fact of the matter is, this definition does not truly reflect the importance and globalization’s true value as a necessary component of most, if not all of major economies and influences. The global economy, as well as many smaller economies such as the Canadian, and American economies are influenced by globalization so heavily, it is a part of the citizen’s everyday lives.
